AfghanX Terms of Service 

1. Introduction

Welcome to AfghanX! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AfghanX mobile application (the "App") and its associated services, including subscription-based features (collectively, the "Service").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

3. Subscription Services

3.1. Subscription Fees: Access to certain features of the Service requires a subscription. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees as described within the App.

3.2. Subscription Billing: Subscription fees will be billed to your chosen payment method. You authorize AfghanX to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

3.3. Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel them before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

3.4. Changes to Subscription Fees: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the revised fee.

3.5. Refunds: Refunds are subject to the App Store's refund policies. Please review their policies for more information. AfghanX's own refund policy is as follows:[ 1. Subscription Cancellation and Non-Refundable Fees:

All subscription fees paid to AfghanX are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Upon cancellation, your access to the subscription-based features of AfghanX will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

You will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle if you cancel before the current cycle ends.

2. App Store Policies:

Please note that subscription management and potential refunds may also be subject to the App Store's specific policies and procedures. We encourage you to review the App Store's terms of service for any additional information.

3. No Pro-Rated Refunds:

AfghanX does not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing cycles. Regardless of when you cancel during a billing cycle, you will retain access to the subscribed features until the end of that cycle.

In summary: You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges, but we do not offer refunds for the current billing period.

4. Content Standards

4.1. User Content: You are responsible for all content you create, upload, post, or share on the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to do so and that your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

4.2. Prohibited Content and Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to:

Post, upload, or share any User Content that is:

Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive.

Violent, threatening, or harassing.

Defamatory, false, or misleading.

Sexually suggestive or explicit.

Illegal or that promotes illegal activity.

Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Spam, solicit, or advertise commercially without our prior written consent.

Bully, harass, or intimidate any other user.

Impersonate any other person or entity.

Collect or store personal information about other users without their express consent.

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that disrupts the Service or the experience of other users.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that we consider to violate these Terms or to be otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including your subscription, for any violation of these Terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service, including your subscription, at any time, for any reason, or no reason. You may also terminate your access to the Service at any time. If we terminate your subscription for your violation of these terms, you might not receive a refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.

14. Amendment

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the amended terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the amended terms.
